After Successful run of Samsung galaxy S 2, the company comes up with there another heavy design mobile phone “The Samsung galaxy note“. Every Coin has two sides and similarly there are few Advantages and Disadvantages of Galaxy Note also. As we know that this smartphone has topped in every feature but still it has some pros and cons which are listed below.

Pros of Samsung galaxy Note

When it was launched everybody was shocked with its monster look. Firstly, The phone design is look like a Tablet, as there was no smartphone launched with such a huge size and big screen of 5.3 inches.

Secondly, One more biggest merit is its huge Internal memory of 16Gb/32gb, which is backed with 1 GB Ram and is running on ARM Dual core processor of 1.4 Ghz.

Thirdly, the next benefit is its camera of 8 MP and 2MP front camera which produces an awesome picture quality. It has some integrated feature of face and smile detection, and also you can enjoy the clicked pictures on the big screen.

Fourthly, Appreciatively Galaxy Note is much fast in use, see if you do Multi-Tasking still it performs faster and loads quickly. Moreover its new update of Ice Cream Sandwich i.e. Android 4.0 is rolling out soon in Q2 of 2012.

Cons of Samsung Galaxy Note

Firstly, As we have discussed above that its size is advantage as it look like a tablet, but on the other side it is a disadvantage also for Samsung Galaxy Note. As you can see it is not handy and doesn’t fits in pocket, it should always be carry in hand and by this there is a chance of getting it misplaced.

Secondly, The another problem is the battery gets heated up while charging, and also there are some complaints of short battery life. If you are a hard core user of 3G internet, applications and games then the battery will lasts only for 4-5 hours. If you are a traveler, then you must carry one or two extra batteries to avoid inconvenience.

The third demerit is the speaker, as the volume is not much loud, if you are in a crowded area then you will not able to hear ringtone of your calls.

Fourthly, The Micro SD card is not easily swappable, as if you want to change or insert memory card then for that you have to first turn off the phone and remove battery to get the card in or out.

So these are some Pros and Cons of Samsung Galaxy Note, but overall it’s worth buying.
